Here it is ... the mother of all wedding days, 10-10-10!! Melissa and Joseph chose this as their date (as did many other: we probably had upwards of at least 40 inquiries for that date alone) and we felt blessed to be a part of it. It took place on Coronado Island in San Diego, California on a beautiful, mild, sunny day ... simply stunning!
As this date fell on a Sunday, Melissa thought it would be cool to have a daytime wedding and set it up as a Sunday brunch complete with various cooking stations ... yum! I do have to say, it was a little difficult for us as we had a 9 hour wedding that Saturday in Phoenix that didn't end until after midnight. We went stright from the wedding, drove overnight and checked into a hotel for one hour to rest before heading to meet the bride at 8:30AM to start all over again. It was well worth a little fatigue though :-). At the end of the day, we headed over to the beach to get some amazing shots in near perfect light! Thank you both for having us!
