Heather and Tim had an intimate ceremony with their two daughters as witnesses and it was beautiful. We love weddings like this ... the couple really gets to spend quality time with the people they love the most in a spectacular setting, pledging their love for one another. It is just so moving. The ceremony took place at the Grand Canyon at Shoshone Point. In our opinion there is no more lovely a spot at the South Rim than Shoshone Point! The wedding was held the first week in June and it was a bit blustery and cold ... it can still get cold at the South Rim, even at that time of the year. Everyone held together wonderfully though and endured being a bit uncomfortable to get some amazing photographs and to have a sunset ceremony ... the light was SPECTACULAR for it ... WOW!!! We also have to commend Tim, who is a little scared of heights, for going to some uncomfortable places in the name of good photography ... thank you so much :-)!! Perhaps one of our favorite couples, we couldn't resist blogging Kristina and Justin's wedding from this past August at Shoshone Point, Grand Canyon! Days like this and views like these are why we LOVE living in Arizona! Their wedding took place at the height of the summer monsoons and there are few places more spectacular to witness this annual weather event than the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Every direction offered it's own unique drama being played out through an ever-changing mosaic of light, color and clouds ... simply stunning!

Anu and Adam live in London and chose to have their wedding at one of the most spectacular places on Earth - the Grand Canyon! On top of that, they chose the most spectacular spot in the Grand Canyon to say "I Do" - Shoshone Point! The wedding was held in early June on a stunningly beautiful day and we were so pleased to be a part of it all. Guests came from all over the US and as far away as Europe and India. Anu's parents made their first trip from India to the US for their daughter's wedding and wow, what a place to experience for their journey here! Thank you both and thank you to Yvonne Chavez for referring us for this wedding and for doing such a lovely job as usual :-)!
You can never go wrong with the Grand Canyon. I love these photos. The couple is soooo adorable & Congrats to the both of you. :) I really love your wedding photos. Breath taking & just fantastic. As always, Sierra Blanco never fails to amaze me.
