We are so super excited to announce that we won eight awards in the ISPWP Winter 2011 Contest! This is an international competition and we were up against some of the most distinguished wedding photographers in the world, which makes this a really special accomplishment. This is also the most awards we have ever won in a single contest and we are so very proud to say that every member of our team (Tina, Kevin and Angie) placed! Yayyy ... way to go team :-)!!!

We are really excited to announce that our Associate Photographer, Angie Gomez, received her first photography awards (that's right, plural) after entering the ISPWP Winter 2011 Contest. This is an international competition and Angie was up against some of the most acclaimed wedding photographers in the world. It is a true testament to the quality and creativity of her work and we couldn't be more proud of her! Congratulations Angie ... you deserve it!!
We were so honored to have three of our photos place in the WPJA Quarter 4 International Contest! We placed 12th and 13th in the Food & Drinks Category and 18th in the Weather Category!
We are always humbled to place in the WPJA's quarterly competitions. To win three awards is very humbling. Two of the images were created at Senait and Ilya's amazing wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and the other was taken at Elizabeth and Daniel's equally amazing wedding at the Vatican in Rome, Italy. A big thanks to both these couples for trusting us as their wedding photographers!

It is always an honor to place in the WPJA quarterly competitions as I am competing against some of the best wedding photographers in the world! This time though it was humbling for me. I garnered my very first 1st PLACE AWARD this time and was so elated!! The winning image placed 1st in the SILHOUETTES AND SHADOWS category and was taken at Brooke and Ryan's wedding this past April at Arcosanti in Arizona. I also won 14th PLACE in the same category for an image I took at Theresa and Chris's wedding at V. Sattui Winery in Napa, CA back in May of this year.
