The day after their elopement, Keary and Jesse headed back out into the great unknown to do their Trash the Dress shoot. We first went to Antelope Canyon, which is spectacular beyond words. It's landscape of deep red carved walls are the definition of art in nature. We were so glad they were up for this suggestion. Not only have we always wanted to do a trash the dress shoot in Antelope Canyon, but it provided Keary and Jesse with truly unique wedding photographs that very few people can say they have. From there we headed out to Horseshoe Bend and finished in the water at Lake Powell. Simply a magical day :-)!

The day after Leslie and Ben's wedding we headed out for their Trash the Dress Shoot. We started at L'Auberge de Sedona and then headed to Red Rock Crossing and finally Merry-Go-Round Rock for sunset. This had to be, without doubt, the windiest conditions we have ever encountered at Merry-Go-Round Rock. It often gets windy at this location, but this was insane. I hand it to Leslie for standing in those conditions. It made for beautiful photos, but it also made for a very cold and rather scary setting (you don't want to mess around up there - the drops are shear and long.) Thank you both for having us and thank you to a past couple of ours, Kimberly and Derek, who referred us to their good friends (it was great seeing you both at the wedding as well) :-)!

We didn't have much time to do couple formals at Simone and Wade's wedding so they opted for a trash the dress shoot a couple of days after the wedding. In addition, they thought it would be fun to do a trash the dress shoot and incorporate the Harley Davidson motorcycle Wade had rented into it ... and it was! We held the session at Red Rock Crossing in Sedona. We had a blast with these two and really enjoyed getting to know them. Thank you both so much for having us as your wedding photographers!

Wade spotted this Coyote on the way back to the car ... really cool!

The day after the wedding we headed out to a beautiful beach we had scouted when we first arrived in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to photograph Senait and Ilya's trash the dress shoot. The shoot was amazing (aside from the fact the I got horribly burnt, but we won't go there because I was stupid and didn't put on sunscreen :-)) and came complete with an awesome 1800's pirate ship pulling into the bay behind us ... what a perfect prop!! After the shoot we finished at the Me Cabo Resort with a photo shoot of everyone in their Eritrean wedding attire. Again, thank you both so much ... this was such an amazing experience for us!
